Camille and Lorin bring such heart and pleasure to every one of their meditations. In this CD they inspire sanctity in moments we otherwise take as mundane. My favorite, the meditation called "Feast Of the Senses" (I think it's called), has transformed the way I eat and savor my food. I ate this way all of last week and lost 3lbs as a side effect and felt soo nourished at the very deepest level of my being. I've never experienced such pleasure and rapture eating. Case and point I LOVE them!! What they offer is golden. Thanks to them I've been meditating everyday for 2 weeks using this in tandem with their books. I highly recommend this cd.

I chose 3 tracks from the album because they were meaningful to me at the time. They are all beautiful. I suspect there will be others I'll be drawn to in the future. Lorin and Camille both speak very much from the heart.
